The Shinkansen bullet train provides convenient access to Tokyo, Nagoya, and Kyushu. The city is also safe and offers easy access to the tourist destinations of Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe.

Osaka is served by two airports - Kansai International Airport (KIX) and Osaka Itami Airport (ITM).
